Mill Valley Jaguar Lacrosse Club is a recognized 501(C)(3) not for profit and we are funded by a combination of participation fees, fundraising and sponsorships. Tasked with being good stewards of our resources, we use what we collect to fund the operations of our club: practice field rental, game stadium rental, indoor practice space, league fees, referee fees, equipment such as goals, balls, sticks, uniforms and finally coaches pay.

The board and all other administrative roles are non-compensated positions. Lastly, we do not want cost to be a barrier for any child to not be able to play. As such, we utilize a portion of our fund to provide scholarships for players in need.

Due to increasing participation numbers, we are now in the position to use sponsorship and fundraising donations to dream bigger.   We will be able to invest in equipment for player use, offer additional scholarships, fund team trips to play out of town teams, and  more.  Most importantly we will be able substantively effect the economic barriers that exist which hinder growth and prevent players from trying something new.
