Connor Dickens
Varsity Head Coach
Coach Connor Dickens returns to lead the Jaguars Lacrosse program for the 2026 season after being named LAKC Head Coach of the Year in 2025. With a proven track record of building competitive, player-focused teams, Coach Dickens brings experience from successful programs in Chicago, Cincinnati, and Arkansas — including coaching Bentonville High School to a HLL Division 1 Championship in 2019. A former University of Arkansas attackman and founder of Kansas City Selects, he’s dedicated to developing skilled, confident athletes both on and off the field. Coach Dickens lives in Kansas City with his wife and young son.
